Austin Sister Cities Festival 2023

Austin Sister Cities is a non-profit that cultivates global relationships to engage communities in citizen diplomacy while offering educational, cultural, and economic benefits to all. I got to photograph their latest festival which was an absolute blast!

The festival feature many live performances such as Austin Taiko.

There were booths lined along the walls with different interactive elements for people to learn about cultures from all over the world.

Kirk Watson, mayor of Austin Presented awards and conducted the closing ceremony.

It was fantastic afternoon and I was so lucky to be a part of it!
